About me

Hey there, I’m Tejal Patil! I’m a licensed counseling psychologist with a Master’s in Applied Psychology (Counseling Psychology) and over three years of experience in mental health care. With 800+ hours of client practice, I’ve worked with individuals navigating a range of mental, emotional, and behavioral challenges. My expertise includes addiction recovery, trauma, mood disorders, borderline personality disorder, PTSD, anxiety, and relationship concerns, including marital and workplace-related issues. From rehabilitation centers to corporate wellness programs, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse individuals, helping them build resilience and emotional well-being. Mental health has always been close to my heart, not just as a profession but as a personal mission. I believe in creating a safe, judgment-free space where people feel heard, supported, and empowered to take charge of their healing journey. My goal is to make mental health support accessible, practical, and meaningful. I have a good success rate of my patients who are suffering from anxiety Issues, some traumas, and other Behavioral issues in their life.

My therapeutic approach

I take a client-centered, empathetic, and holistic approach to therapy, tailoring my methods to each individual's unique needs. I integrate evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and mindfulness practices to help clients manage emotions, identify and break unhealthy patterns, and develop resilience.

I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to navigate their challenges. My goal is not just symptom relief but fostering long-term emotional well-being, self-awareness, and personal growth.
