I am a registered Clinical Psychologist working in the field of mental health for the past 5 years. I have completed my M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology and worked with several army hospitals, government hospitals, and private hospitals. I work with individuals (children and adults), couples as well as families. I am comfortable with relationship counseling, procrastination, personality, anxiety, depression, and addressing the existential concerns gripping individuals today. I have experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Social Skills Training, as well as Diagnostics. I would describe my approach as eclectic, with a basis in the Client-Centered approach. I attempt to facilitate a discussion that would allow my clients to get some direction or structure out of their concerns faced. My sessions are focused on understanding clients' concerns and working together to manage stressors together
I believe therapy is a

In therapy sessions, I aim to strike a balance between friendliness and professionalism. While I maintain a warm and welcoming demeanor with my patients, I also uphold the boundaries of the therapeutic relationship.
I believe in setting clear boundaries from the beginning of the therapeutic relationship, outlining expectations for behavior and participation in sessions. However, I also understand the importance of flexibility and adaptation, as each person's needs and comfort levels vary.
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) boasts a richly diverse culture, where individuals from various backgrounds, cultures, beliefs, and religions coexist. Some reside with their families, while others live independently. However, the burgeoning economy, while offering numerous opportunities, can sometimes challenge individuals in maintaining a balance between work and personal life, impacting their overall well-being. Hence, it's crucial for individuals to prioritize their mental health amidst the fast-paced lifestyle.
UAE's rapid growth attracts a multitude of people from diverse regions. However, challenges such as loneliness and integration issues may arise, alongside the struggle to achieve a harmonious work-life balance.
Among the prominent challenges are job acquisition, financial management, striking a balance between work and personal life, feelings of isolation, and coping with competition.
