Hello, I am Areeba Idrees, I am Licensed psychologist, I have MSc in Psychology with Advanced Certifications in Clinical Psychology, more than 7 years of experience in dealing with mental, emotional and behavioral disorders for children, teenagers, adults and the elderly people such as trauma, abuse, depression, stress, anxiety, OCD, relationships, family problems, also modifying the behavior of children who suffer from mild, moderate Learning disabilities, applying the necessary tests to detect, evaluate and diagnose cases. I have a good success rate of my patients who are suffering from anxiety Issues, some traumas, and other Behavioral issues in their life.

Approaches more than 7 years of experience in using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance therapy, Exposure Therapy, commitment therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Play, and art therapy.
